Cancelling an Order:

 Cancellation:

To cancel your order, please email our customer care team at info@furnatelier.com. Kindly note that once an order is placed and the invoice is generated, cancellation is subject to approval. Our team will communicate the next steps via your registered contact details.

 Cancellation Conditions:

- If invoicing has occurred but the order hasn't shipped, you may still cancel it. However, approval for cancellation is at the discretion of our team.

- Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not permitted. In exceptional cases, subject to approval, a deduction from the total order amount may apply.

- Installed products are covered under warranty and cannot be cancelled.

 Exceptions:

Damaged products before shipping will be addressed by our customer care team for potential replacements or wait times.

 Notification:

You will receive confirmation via email or SMS regarding the cancellation of your order, including details of any applicable refunds on our website.

Returning an Item:

Packaging:

Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documents.

Shipping:

Ship the return item to the address provided by our customer support team. Return shipping costs apply.

Inspection and Processing:

Upon receiving the item, we'll inspect it for quality and completeness. 

Refund/Exchange:

Product once sold is not eligible for refund or exchange as per the company policy. For any manufacturing defect kindly write to us at info@furnatelier.com along with the pictures of received item with in 2 business working days.
